Strange. D4 tdv8 suspension fault

Hello All I need some advice I have a range rover tdv8 with a suspension fault what's happening is whiles driving the suspension fault comes on display I plugged my diagnostic and picked front left sensor fault I then swooped the right height sensor to the left and vice versa same problem I then followed and tested the wiring on the the plug with has 6 wiring which has 2 - 5v ref and 2 - grounds and 2 signal output everything is good I did a comparison test to the right it's all good I'm looking at my live data and sometimes the sensor works and when it stops and by disconnecting the right side arm both working when I play with the right front sensor if I manually pickup the arm on the right the left also show on my data I ha e even swoped the RLM module still can someone shed some light

Of course, you can buy them.
In my car, it showed an air suspension error, I also thought it was one of the height sensors, but it turned out that it was a problem with the compressor and the release valve.
After disassembly and cleaning, it works without problems.
You don't write what error number it shows?

The left and right height sensors are not interchangeable, also you mention a TDV8 and six wires in the connector housing, D4's were only fitted with TDV6 engines and there are only three wires to each height sensor, six wires are used for vehicles with adaptive dynamic damping, which the D4 doesn't have.

The file below has graphs for what output voltages to expect for a given height above or below calibrated standard height, note the side-to-side differences, the chart is applicable to L319, L320 & L322 so should cover whatever vehicle it is that you actually have.

Thank you for helping, alright I did find the left front height sensor mounting bracket bent I think the vehicle did undergo some turbo repairs previously however I did straighten the bracket and refitt and cleared now no error codes however I did notice the vehicle is sitting very uneven do u think that a recalibration could do the trick and yes u said the sensors are not interchangeable is there a specif way to tell the right sensor to the left cos the both front sensors have white arms and both rear have black arms thank you

L320 with CVD (and the six connections, not three) have the same height sensors side to side but different front to rear, if the bracket has been bent, then it needs a recalibration as you'll never be able to bend the mounting bracket into exactly the same position.

Hello guys just an update I did find the front sensor bracket bent I tried best to straighten it I did test the car it went well for 20km then both triangles came up I fault diagnosis it found rail pressure ( p0088 rail pressure to high) I then checked my system pressure at idle and was in spec 21- 25mpa and monitored the regulator valve which seemed fine however this fault seems to only activate between 900- 1000rpm strange but client did ride it around doun tests however to he called saying
suspension fault again so il gave to check the system
