strange electrical issues

hi gang, strange problems again .this has happened 4 times in last three days soon after starting car and driving for a bout 5 mins all dash lights ie radio ,message window ect go off then come back on after about a second car still drives ok only fault that comes up is parking brake over voltage or words to that effect . have put a pic of battery volts via iid tool showing car at a stand idling then load ie heater lights ect then idle .

not sure if alternator or battery or something deeper
any help greatly recived

Worth checking and thick wires aren't loose though.

Check earth connections, engine to chassis and that main feed from alternator is not rubbing and shorting.
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
