big hats off and many thanks to barry,mel and all the peeps at Strastone Bury
picked the car up at 9.30 this morn for its MOT and front brake pad change
returned at 3 this afternoon with all work done plus the brake servo recall and washed
brilliant service guys and galls
[sorry to say,but better than the one offered by williams ]

neither did i mate infact bought from john ryan in used sales a number of times
but this last time i went in was on a saturday morning to book an mot.
the place was deserted apart from one person at the service desk.who was very unhelpfull and tbh looked as though he didnt want to be there.i asked about a pickup for the mot[as an old customer]and was flatly refused,i then asked for info regarding extended warrantee and was fingerpointed towards a rack with a few leaflets on, non of which were the one i wanted.
i felt a bit p**sed with this attitude as its not what i expect as in the past they have been most helpfull.
i then just on the offchance went to strastone's and they couldn't do enough to help,pick-up included.
i prob will go back to see john when i'm ready to change but we'll see
hope they keep up with your good service.
bear in mind thats just my experience and not saying how they deal with other customers
