Just heard from Barry, that they've re-calibrated the sensors and have taken it out for a couple of road tests with out any problems. It's on its way back home now, so I'll let you all know how it works out later.

Well, I have a smile back on my face.
The driving experience is so different now all the clunks and vibrations have been sorted - I'm amazed at how much I must have been putting up with.
The vehicle raises and lowers (off road/access height) and I've had no Suspension Faults (or any other faults) while I've been driving around this afternoon. Travelling at Motorway speeds didn't invoke an issue, nor did driving over sleeping policement or any of this area's potholes.
Touch wood, all is sorted and I can get on and enjoy the ownership of this D3 as much as I did my first.
Wiggs, I mentioned to Barry that you were hoping that they'd sorted this Suspension Calibration routine out, so hope they apply what they've learned with mine to yours on Monday.

Got mine back from Barry last week,70Kservice.Why do they always have to go back for more work My VW never neads extra work but the D3 is much nicer

D3 in again for M.O.T. tried to talk too bizzy Bazza but no luck,finally the young gent came to pick up the D3,i mentioned this site got the car back this evening all fixed, outstanding.Big for Stratstone of Bury and team of workers.Im very pleased.
