I think any $trat$tone has variable quality. Depends on if you're lucky or not........
From previous posts, the sales side seems to be pretty good, but the service side is a bit hit and miss......
If you click on the search link above and type in
stratstone AND newport (the upper case AND is important) you shoudl find a few posts that have variable feedback on them.....

We got a pretty good deal on an 06 D3 S from Derek Austen at Stratstone in Stockton on Tees. Since then, we've heard nothing from them (which is fine by me as I now use the more local Lancaster Reading for service/parts).
Like Ian says, experiences of $trat$tone on here is generally variable.
