Yet more first class service from these chaps Thumbs Up

My car has been suffering from a pull to the left. Taken into my local dealer and although a small improvement I still had the issue along with another couple on it's return.

A call to Michael Griffin at Sturgess yesterday followed by a quick return call from their service manager had my car sorted or at least the fault diagnosed. All inbetween my touring hols, so I now have a car that drives true for my trip down south.

I cannot praise this team enough. First class customer service since my initial dealings with them.

I ain't going into the why and where's of the local service, but suffice to say I may be travelling for a servicing dealer from now on.

that's good to see jkp, my MIL used to have hers serviced there but now goes to riders as the price for a service was £200 cheaper than sturgess... one wife.......livid

You'll always get cheaper and dearer dealers, but ones that are genuine, in my experience of LR's over the last four years of D3 ownership are harder to find.

If only my local servicing dealerships had their attitude to resolving problems Confused
