My local Dealer.......
I am now on my 4th car from them (I've had 8 LR's mostly Range Rovers and 2 Defenders for fun) and i've had some issues with all of them. But quite simply the salesman says how it is, that's exactly what I want......no bulls**t or surprises..
The Service Dept, particularly the service manager is very helpful and accomodating. I get nice " I'm not sure I'll check" answers instead of bulls**t. I can mention fixes and problems i've read about and when he doesn't know, he will honestly say "not heard of that" and investigate.
But my previous car a RRS supercharged I had for 26 weeks of which 9 of them were spent at the dealer or LR. Yes, I was steaming, but no issues with the salesman or Service Manager. But for f***s sake could I get a call or a meeting with the Sales Manager......I'm sure he thinks he is above all that
