Sunglasses holder Mod - taken from Ford Focus
I know a few on here have done this mod, but I never seem to have a decent place to keep my sunglasses, so did an eBay search for 'Ford Focus Sunglasses holder" and found a cheap 2nd hand one for £8.99

Took a few mins to remove the grab handle over drivers door and fit this

used the same self tappers that I had with the grab handle - it's not a perfect fit, but will do the job for me

Done this little mod on mine a while back as the D4's don't have the rubber mat in front of the sat nav screen and the centre console storage holes are not big enough to fit sunglasses in and it also means your glasses are to hand when are on your own

I did same on mine but removed the fixings from the D4 grab handle and fitted to the holder, you will find then it's a perfect fit. Defender 300Tdi 110 HCP - Keswick Green

LR used to make those for the Freelander/D2. Best little mod I ever did!
When I finally get my D4 it will be one of the first things I do.
Is there a particular focus year/model required or will any on eBay work?

Anyone tested this with a pair of Oakley Shades? Mine never used to fit in the VW Holder i had in the golf.
More than once I didn't find my glasses, cause they were so perfectly stowed... While being maybe 15Cm away from my head.😎

Just picked up my disco 3 HSE this weekend and love it.... But today was the day were I could not find a sunglasses holder..
First mod for me this cheers 👍
