suspension control arms

what height do you need to set suspension at to remove control arms and refit?

Australia 2007 Discovery 3 4.0 V6 Petrol SE Auto Java BlackDiscovery 3

Taking them off does not matter but when refitting do not tighten bolts until you have the correct height on the suspension.
