Suspension Failure
So I've had the D3 for less than a month and this warning light has gone from intermittent yesterday to going on every time I start the car. Without me guessing anyone able to suggest what I should do next? Obviously want to get it fixed asap.

Do A search.. lots of threads...
Probably a few place to start..
1. Air tank Leak
2. Blocked up valve blocks
3. Duff Compressor
4. Relay
Start there... If you can get the codes all the better... 1 TR6 Rusting away quietly
1 FARR UTV SOLD
1 International Harvester SOLD
7 x D3 all SOLD
2 x D4 both SOLD
1 x Mrs D4 'Panther' SOLD
1 x Outlander van SOLD
1 continual stream of car parts and me living in the garage...

Duff compressor. When you start the engine try raising immediately and see if that stops it coming on.

When I had that light it was height sensors, next time dying compressor. Tea leafs (fault codes) would deffo help.

I have a generic fault code reader and it's saying no faults.
Any London members able to help me out? If I turn the car off and then on again it disappears but as soon as I start moving it bongs the fault!
Raising up and down works fine before the fault appears

If you're going to keep the car for any time best get a proper D3/4 biased code reader/diagnostic widget. Takes out a lot of the guesswork.

That's the best (not that I'm biased!! ) but there are others at lower prices. OK, it's a decent wedge of dosh but mine's prob paid for itself a good few times over. Plus they sell well when peeps move on to other cars.

Probably some of the best money ever spent. Really. You can get by without a IIDtool (BT) but one of your friends/acquaintances/etc. needs to have one you can borrow, then. Or another OBD2 reader which understands LR.

Had the same with mine this weekend, the £400 iid tool led me straight to the fault, repaired and back on road in a few hours. took me longer to collect the parts than it did diagnose and confirm the fault, best £400 you will ever spend

Had Geoff come around today to help look at this and a few other issues and it needs a new compressor. Thanks everyone for the help!
