Suspension Height Trials

Been messing about with IID and height adjustments.

15mm down and 34.5 front, 37.5 rear. Great on roundabouts but hash ride.

10mm down 33 front, 36 rear. seems to be best compromise. better than standard.

Tried 5mm all round with standard tyre pressures, didn't fell much difference.

Mainly road driving these days, used to do a fair bit of simulated game (clays) shooting off road but not so much these days.

Any one else tried? i would like to know opinions.

Kind regards. Keith.

D4's are designed for off road ability with a lot of articulation. As I mainly drive on road in Swindon with more roundabouts than anywhere else in the whole world, its nice if the car can be made to drive with a bit less wallow.

That doesnt make allowance for changes in castor angle etc that dropping the suspension brings about ,so expect harsher tyre wear.

Although, if you had the suspension geometry done at the new height, there would be no issue Thumbs Up
