Suspension issue
Got a suspension issue
Dropped to bump stops and message on dash saying fault max speed 30mph
Got it home (about 2 miles) turned off and restarted no warning and the rear raises but front barely moves and message on dash says
Suspension raising slowly.
Plugged iid in and not fault codes
Compressor runs for 30 seconds then shuts off minute or so later it kicks back in so I thought maybe temp issue but on live values it say 49 degrees, but still no fault codes so a bit in dark
Had a quick look tonight but can’t see a lot, can’t hear any major leaks so going to have another look when light and check pressures etc
Any pointers would be appreciated ?
Out of interest previous owner had an AMK Arnott compressor fitted (so guess it’s 9 years old), never liked the idea of not being able to fit the shell casing so toying with replacing it anyway but how much different is the pipework on the Arnott to a standard AMK

Something not right there if the IPC is telling you there's a fault and the diagnostic tool is not seeing it. Make sure you have ticked "Pending" faults and scan again.yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Pending faults is ticked.
So I'm sort of working blind, really thought it was a temp issue with it only running a short time.

No it would have to get very hot before that would throw a fault. The thing is there has to be a fault logged if one has been reported!!
What diagnostics are you using?yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Can you see the module eg live values?yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Only select temp as I was sure that was the issue but only showing 49 degrees
Going to check in daylight and have a look at pressures etc

It might be helpful if you could definitely confirm which compressor is fitted as there might be a software anomaly if something obscure has been fitted.yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Prevous owner had comressor replaced and the garage fitted an AMK Arnott type.
I've had motor 8 years no issues, software is AMK
It runs for 30 seconds shuts off then 30 seconds later it kicks back in, not making any abnornal noise, not getting hot 49 degrees on iid.
With no fault codes coming up I'm sort of blind

Been out in daylight now
Live values show compressor running up to around 312psi temp 60 degrees it then stops, pressure then drops slowly and the compessor kicks back in again at about 200psi pressure builds back up and it shuts off.
Shows voltage supply to front corner valves and saying valves 100% open
Resevoir valve breifly shows voltage and 100% open for a couple of seconds then both go to 0
I'm leaning towards an issue with centre valve block or it's wiring (as it doesn't appear to be opening and sending air to front)
Unless anyone has other ideas.

It should run to 1750kPa then shut off at which point the gallery pressure will drop momentarily but then stabilize. If it continues to drop there's a leak somewhere and the top of the reservoir is a common culprit due to crud build up which rots through it. 60°C to 70°C is normal for the compressor and around 11°C to 20°C for the motor at current ambient temps.yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Compressor seems to be doing just that and I can't see or hear any external leaks, hoping it's a valve block problem as I've found some new valve blocks in workshop so swapping them tomorrow and see what happens

New Front and centre valve blocks fitted this morning no difference
Rear end works fine Access to Normal to Off Road
Front sat on bump stops
Compressor kicks in gallery pressure up to 260psi and shuts off, pressure settles 250 ish
No leaks on tank and can’t see any anywhere else
No fault codes just the vehicle raising slowly on dash,
There appears to be air at front valve block so I'm now assuming the valve isn't being opened,
IID live value show it as 100% open and current being drawn, would this still diplay if there is a broken wire somewhere?
Aany common areas for wirng issues.

Sorted I think
Pulled N/S/F inner arch of to check wiring and the FBH exhaust has a small split directly inline with the two air pipes, both had started to melt, air was going through but not in enough volume.
New exhaust ordered
I'll get some high pressure push fits from work for the pipe
