Open question to all- has anyone with modified links ever noticed any change in how their DSC operates? Does it ever seem to work earlier?
I operated my old D3 quite a bit with shortened sensor rods. But only off-road. At those sorts of speeds (< 50kph) there was no discernible change to the DSC function. However, I once had a suspension fault (on std rods) that kept the vehicle in extended height mode. Had to drive 400km back to the dealers. This was at open road speeds (~100kph) and again the DSC seemed to function normally.

If you have to drive faster than 40 km/hr on sand, and the sand mode lowers the vehicle height, what if you selected the mud/ruts setting instead or the rock crawl setting - will the ride height remain high whilst driving on sand faster than 40 km/hr?
