SWMBO has an iPad problem, help needed.

She keeps getting this screen popping up. Pop ups are off. She has no idea what she was on at the time (Sun, DMail, building sites or trying to find a certain rucksack that isn’t available this side of the pond).

She’s cleared cookies etc, and gone into advanced data and cleared that as well, it still pops up. Any thoughts?

Good to know it’s not just SWMBO, unless you all have a secret gambling habit at a resort in the Malaysian Highlands Whistle Laughing

Keep getting those screens on my iPad, have gone through the settings, cleared everything multiple times yet will still keep coming up across the screen

What about disc clean up then deleting the browser! Then reinstall using the default browser?

Anyone who has cleared history and web data but still gets pop ups on eBay I found after all is cleared and first time you go to eBay page there is a blue banner across the screen asking you to agree with ? (Terms or something like)Can’t remember what it was but I clicked details this opens a page where you can un ✅ the your add preferences
There are I think 3 main categories each with sub categories click No on main categories then open each individual catorgory and click No on theses there are a lot to go through!!
Since doing this on mine and swmbo’s pads never had a pop up again Very Happy

Yep, got an Ad Blocker. Only side effect is certain legit sites are now blocked or I have to continually log back in.

eBay should be doing something about this considering all the money they rake off punters.

Well since installing that stop ad it’s definitely stopped that annoying iPhone pop up

Fingers crossed it stays that way Thumbs Up

Had this with eBay last weekend, it seems to be a weekend issue.
Online consensus was turn off the iPad, turn back on, clear the history, turn off and on again.
