| Tailgate handle threaded inserts |

Hi all, I had to reomve the rear tailgate handle due to switch failure which turned out to be a broken wire in the loom due to water ingress. In the process the 4 T30's which are underneath had to be removed and the brass inserts that they screw into became detached from the handle itself, again due to corrosion, is there a known fix/replacement for these or is it a new handle job?

I bonded the brass inserts back in with JB Weld. To be fair, I have not removed the handle since, but JB weld usually does a good job.

Two component glue worked fine… been there now for 3-4 years
