I adjusted my PDC today but the existing slots were at the bottom of the hole, not as the previous pics show at the top. I drilled new slots to move the PDC 45 degrees & it works fine. I now get full alarm at 150mm, a bit close but ok. See my gallery.

One point of caution... when refitting the bumper, ensure that all 4 PDC units fit into the metalwork holes before securing the bumper. My outer one was not & it broke the plug assembly. Amazing what epoxy glue can fix! Whistle

The pics in my gallery show the adjustment for the Kaymar bumper.

I broke one of the sensors when i was adjusting them, but the replacement was only about A$14 from memory.
 Have a nice day!

FWIW I found that Prestik doesn't handle the weather that well . I have now redone the Prestik bit with silicone sealer , and it also blocks the sensor and should be a lot harder wearing

thanks for that, you saved me stripping everything. I have used prestik with success for my rear wheel carrier but noticed since going to the swamps and after each car wash it became a problem. I thought it was mud and moisture behind the bumper but will try replacing the prestik.
