Tapping or clicking type sound
Hello,
I just started noticing a clicking or tapping type of sound coming from my passenger side (right side I live in the US). It seems to only do it when I begin my journey for the day at a low RPM anywhere from 1200-2000. The tapping sound does not increase in speed the faster I go. It stays the same speed in the low rpm range from a stopped position while accelerating. If i maintain a slow speed and stay in that rpm range it will continue. However, after driving around a bit it goes away.
At first i was worried it was a valve tap but it does not increase the rate of the tapping sound the higher the engine spins so It leads me to believe it is something else. It does not look as though anything is rubbing against any other pieces either.
Any ideas?

could be a injector seal

Ill look into that. what would i look for to find that it would be the injector seal. Will the injector have a bit of movement or play?
