Tesla Style A/C panel
Not sure it to put in with Android Tesla head thread or start a new one.
So started a new one.
Anyway after success of installing and using the android panel for a while I've just purchased and installed the complimentary Climate control panel. This replaces the buttons and dials panel, and is an easy install as is plug and play.

It has 4 different screens.
Car which shows the modes the terrain response is in. On a Bosch car you may be able to change the mode here but mine has the rotary control so mine can only be switched by the rotary control.

Settings allows you to select day/night screen or auto when it swaps when the lights are turned on.

Seats controls the seat heating on/off and the three levels. it also appears to be able to switch on and off individually the seat squab an back elements. this doesn't work on my car as its MY10.

Final screen is climate which controls the heating/cooling front and rear screen heating. The rotary nobs set the temperature like the old ones did. The lhd one has a touch button for the TCS, rhs for the parking sensors. There is a button below screen for hazard lights.

It works well, the only complaint Ii have is the "buttons" on the screen are not designed for mechanics fingers. They are a bit small which is a pity as there is plenty of space for them to be larger.
All in all I'm happy with it

Looks great!
Must say I did fancy one of these when i seen them on here a while back but IIRC there was a post or two saying you lost a couple of functions but cant remember what they were. So it take it that it all works fine with yours?
Any purchase links of info?

I did forget to say you lose use of the cd player, you will notice the slot has gone, but I haven't needed that for years due to ipods/phones memory sticks etc.

I like having physical buttons - new cars that have these really put me off. Surely just as dangerous as being on your phone?

I think it looks great, I will be doing it for sure. I believe there is one for later models that retains the cd options.

That’s great Greg! But I’ve got a more up to date digital clock in my D3, I’d prefer your old looking clock Mantec sump guard.
Prospeed tree slider/steps.
Flack duel battery system.
18"Compomotive/AT3 tyres
Brembo 4pot front brakes
