I am no great lover of this dealership as expressed in my comments about them before, however I did have to use them this week due to a rattling through the steering and not having time to take it to Yeovil.
But credit where credits due, they had my D3 for just over a day and replaced both tie rod ends which cured the problem.
All done under warranty and with a hire car given to me while mine was being sorted.
Kept up to date with phone calls and the motor was valeted and washed upon collection.
So full marks to them this time. One can only hope they keep up the good work although I will still be using yeovil for the services and other bits I have something to say! It's better to burn out... than to fade away!
