Just like to say thanks to all members over multiple groups and sites
Invested in learning the D3 and using your support to DIY and prepare my car for post-pandemic work in festivals and events
Anyways: first day towing for work forst shift today and I had to tow 3.5 tonnes so that’s 6.5 toners total… up a 2 mile long hair pin gravel track to a quarry. STEEP. And the car did it!!!!
Overheated half way and had to turn it off. Then went on and it did it. Only just. In 1st gear low range 3krpm.
If that isn’t a superior vehicle I don’t know what is. No other company in my industry would have been able to get on site with their vehicles. People just don’t realise how great my company is all the work invested in so much over lockdown.
Anyways super proud of my car been patting the steering wheel all the way home. The car has already done me proud glad I got it and thank you all for the help!!!!! Honestly Disco 3 SE Manual 2005 V6 2.7
