I have just got to the train station to find my D4 rear clusters have been stolen from my D3 in my driveway. Wondered why the indicators were going mad while I drove in the pitch black pouring rain!! This is from clanfield in Hampshire. I stupidly haven’t checked
The rest of the car. So have to head back in daylight to check. Will call the police shortly to raise a crime ref. What a. Grrrrr!!!! I’m not happy.

I was unaware that your were so close to me.
I have a spare set of D3 rear lights that you can borrow, without charge of course, or which I will sell to you at a very fair price.
I have tried to PM you my contact details - but I get the message "I am sorry no such user exists". Please PM me if I can help.
Ocsid - where please was your D4 parked when the lights were stolen?
Regards
Nigel
Edited to add that at the 3rd attempt the PM went through ! Am I Gammon or Woke ? - I neither know nor care.

My D4 was parked directly outside my house on the road. I live rurally near Wickham.
I would add in the whole life of the vehicle it had never been left un-garaged over night, but on this occasion there was no option. I am pretty sure it happened at 22:30 hours as I had checked 20 30 minutes before but heard what I thought was someone leaving the nearby pub running a stick along the front fence. I suspect that was the retaining clips yielding. £5000 plus job I was told!

Rear light cluster stolen when the car was on my drive 3 months ago and I'm keen to stop the headlights disappearing too.
Have PMd MSE who was offering advice on the earlier thread on this to get some tips about the best way of thwarting it. If anyone else has ideas in the mean time then please let me know.
Thanks Gary
