Think I need a new front diff - specialists in the south?

So not long into Disco ownership and I think a presumed simple wheel bearing issue has now become a suspected front diff. Most obvious symptom is a drone/hum on overrun loudest over about 50mph, and I feel like it’s more towards the front pass side. So after two front wheel bearings didn’t cure it, suspicion moved to diff or propshaft which has some play at the middle bearing/housing. Decided next step was to inspect diff oil and I had some Motul Gear 300 left over from my Forester XT which I could drop in. Oil came out like chocolate with a trace of glitter and the plug looked like a hedgehog. No improvement post change so far, I think a bearing’s goosed. Any other ways to confirm my diagnosis?

On the assumption it is the diff, does anyone have any recommendations for who could do it? I’m in Surrey, so the nearer to here the better really, but willing to travel to save a few quid or for more trusted workmanship. The only one I recall seeing in various searches is Bristol Transmissions and I’m out west later this week so might get in touch with them on the off chance. Thanks all

Great thanks for recommendation 👍 another one to get in touch with, I’m often in Devizes but only for a day or two at a time. Would be ideal if anyone could recommend a company in Surrey, Kent, S London or East Sussex. Thanks again
