TIGHT TOLLERNECE MODE

Hi
If this has been covered then apologies, is there a simple way of getting a Disco 4 (2012) into tight Tollernece mode?
I have car scanner app and an IDD tool (codes for a sport) but that’s it.
Help and guidance appreciated.

Keith
 Cheers
