Timing belt change

It is not something I am looking forward to financially but needs must.
2016 Discovery 4 coming on 87,000. At what mileage is it sensible to get belts changed?
Can I also ask what is the usual price for the job?

Based in Northern Ireland with some engine " commercial vehicle" experience will try a lot of jobs but this seems a step too far so will happily take on any recommendations out there for indis who are recommended.
