Having to log in every time?

Normally, I have to log in every 24 hours or so, but after closing the web page, and re-opening it after 5 mins or so, I have to log in again, despite ticking the box Thumbs Up

Any ideas? Using Chrome

Absolutely no idea Mikey! Very Happy Confused but I tick a box that remembers my password and log in details and every time I go on to the computer it takes me straight in to site Thumbs Up

Now must rush - heading to Torphichen! 8)

I never have to put password in on iPad but have to do it every time on iPhone despite ticking the 'remember me' box - weird.

Has done that for as long as I can remember, on both my phone and laptop. Only just started happening over the last few weeks.

Seems to be the same with FFRR

Are you using this site on two devices? It might only auto login on one device in my case my iPad. If I use the site on my laptop I have to login.

I had this problem on my phone a while back, the advice from here was make sure that safari private browsing settings were off, that did the trick, as far as being logged on at diff locations at same time, mine is allways logged onto Lappy , phone and tablet
Hope this help

I have the same problem on my Mac (Safari) but the log-in is ok on Windows and my iPhone. My log-ins are ok for other phpBB forums and the problem is only with this one.

Weird.

It is usually your browser not holding onto your session cookie correctly, I have created a reset tool which is linked to from the login page which should solve this; but anyone with a specific problem can always get in touch.
