Looking at new D4

I have a quote from Australian Dealer but being a Newby don't understand every thing :

When would this car have been Built

Model Year + Build Phase (001BU) 2013 Model Year

I have been offered the following demo with specs as follows for a cool $94k. Vehicle would be 6 months old so only 2.5 yrs of warranty . which after looking over this site might be an issue.

At a quick glance you have a 13 build SE with all the fruit for a very good price.
If you push the dealer you could get the extended warranty which would give you an extra 2 years full warranty for peace of mind.
On the front under the bonnet just in front of the radiator there will be a build date tag.
Mine is a 12 but was built in Nov 11.
