Looking to upgrade.. anyone got a pair that they are willing to part with in exchange for £
Non adaptive are fine as I just want better than I have right now...

A cheaper option to try first might be the
Osram 110 night breaker bulbs from Advanced factors
I fitted the 90 bulbs but that was only because the 110 weren't out at that time 
Wish I'd waited as the 90s definitely make a difference so wonder how much more powerfull the 110s would be?
Iirc you need 2 sets of the h7 but double check first
