HORRIBLE SOUND

says anything this horrible sound? ... apart from that is horrible obviously

any clues would be very grateful .. not mine, is a Spanish forum mate ... to contribute something, have removed the auxiliary belt and it would sound the same ... then a peripheral component would be discarded and carried 15,000 miles with this noise ...
