Thought I'd better put this properly on here instead of hi-jacking everyone else's posts....
Anyway, Set of SideSteps including all bolts and brackets required to fit it to your Disco.
These are the genuine LR steps. They have been used for about a year before I bought them & I've now decided not to fit them.
They are in excellent condition and are pretty easy to fit.
Asking £200 which is the same as I paid for them. Delivery I'm sure can be through the D3 Network or I can arrange courier delivery at cost.

I'd be up for them - but its the self fitting that puts me off. Read a few threads on self fits, with cutting etc, its a bit trickier than the Mantec plate!!

Side steps are easy - the cutting looks worse than it is. It's all hidden by the steps once they're on anyway. Disco 5 HSE Lux

I seem to remember that the side strips already have the markings on the reverse side of them so you can see where the cut outs are.
On a scale of 1 to 5 spanners (5 being ) I'd rate it as a 2 but only because you need to actual make cut. Other than that, it's a simple case fo a few bots into some holes that are already there.

Bodsy, if you don't sell them, you should re-market them.
Advertise them as a Discovery 3 Set of Matching Shelves.
Ideal for a Discovery 'Owners' garage, alternatelty for a Discovery 'Nutters' library.
[only jesting & no offence to those with side steps intended] ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

PMP, no pics yet as I've spent all weekend re-trimming (severely with a chainsaw) some of the hedging in the garden & re-fencing to stop the dog escaping!
Will try and get some pics soon as possible. The only marks the last time I looked at them, were normal light scuff marks on the tread plates from being stepped on to get in an out, but nothing around the edges etc.
Will try and get some clear pics ASAP although I'm out of the country til next Tuesday so may prove a little difficult  Bodsys Brake Bible

For now why don't you just send me a link to the appropriate part form the accessory catalogue? At least then I know which ones you mean as there are different styles aren't there.

Can't get a link from the accesory cat (yet), but here's the fitting instructions. LR only do ONE set of steps for the D3. There may be other aftermarket ones available I'm sure, but the ones I have are gen LR.
