Please help, how do I remove LHS air ventt?

Hi can anyone explain in simple terms how to remove LHS air vent cover so I can retro-fit cupholder. Thanks in advance. Biggy

Serious.... feels like it will break...and the air vent itslef feels like it comes out.. just really worried about breaking it.
