I just made a similar step up Apny, from a basic early D3 to an all the toys D4.

Sad to let the D3 go, but I'm so impressed with the D4, and the way that 3 litre lump pulls away compared to the 2.7 is unbelievable Very Happy I was a bit worried about the average fuel economy in the first few days, but last night I realised I wasn't pressing the button long enough to reset the Av mpg reading, and it's settled at 33.5 mpg after a couple of hundred miles of mixed roads. I know that's probably 2-3 mpg optimistic but still better than my old D3 manual 8)

Looking forward to seeing some pics of your new one Thumbs Up

We've to sell our D3, same as yours - spec' wise - also trouble free (D4 ordered). Did you part-ex or sell yours? What did you get if you don't mind saying?

Thanks
