| How do I price my D4 for sale? |

Hi all,
I have a 59 plate D4 XS auto with 89k miles. I'm the 2nd owner and it's in great shape inside and out but as the mileage is creeping up I'm considering selling it.
My question is how do I go about pricing it? I've looked at similar on autotrader etc but I can't find one with similar mileage.
The online guides vary massively so that doesn't really help. The cheapest online valuation I've had is £16k and the dearest is £28K but thats more than I paid!
Do dealers still use Glass guide for used prices? If so I could google them and see if they have an online version I could access.

Incidently I've just entered the details into CAP valuations and its saying between £22300 /£23300

This the valuation from HJ's website:
"Most adverts are between £27,360 and £29,990
We see cars like this for sale 6 times a month
At a dealer, aim to pay between £25,800 and £31,100
At a franchised dealer expect to pay £29,300.
At an independent dealer expect to pay £27,250.
From a private seller aim to pay between £24,850 and £27,900
and expect to pay £26,200.
If selling in part exchange expect to receive £23,170. "
