Ok. I do not know what the problem is.

Try with old sleeve and see what happens.

2nd option: cooler hose, is it this one?

Off coarse it is clear the engine should NOT be running using this option.

Hmm, anybody has a picture to locate the cooler hose?
I have to re-do it and don't feel like unbolting everything again (gearbox protector plate & filling cap) Wink
Thanks Bow down !

As for the overall procedure, here is what I did :
1. I re-filled normally, tightened everything, did a run, all was perfect... but... good leak. I hadn't torque tightened everything.
2. I flushed & unmounted everything, re-torqued to spec, messed up the filling procedure & lost a lot of fluid (with the dr tranny in it) in the process
=> all works ok but a bit less than the first time bc, I think, dr tranny is almost not here anymore, hence my need to add a new bottle.

For the french ones following, dr tranny is hard to find in france at reasonable prices so the equivalent is Lubegard Instant Shudder Fixx™ & you can find it for cheap (21€) on amazon. It's supposed to be exactly the same.
