I saw this photo of the new car this morning:
And straight away, it reminded me of the least flattering (fat ar$*) view of the Mk1 Focus :

It does however make the D4 look dated now. And the D3 even older.

I don't think it makes the D4 looks dated - the looks are poles apart; square vs. curved; understated vs. "Look at me" style. Practical vs fashionable.
Next Defender is where I would put my money.

Not really the latest front of the D4 or the most popukar colour lol its obviously subjective as I think the D5 looks and not utilitarian at all

I am sure I will be sticking to the fact it is ugly, as in my opinion the rear end is just awful and no amount of time will improve that.
My plan is to hopefully move to a newer D4 and then regrettably look elsewhere, probably to an XC90, unless of course the new Defender eventually arrives.Andy
