my deepest condolences Big Cry

The text is in german, but the pictures tell it all...
the good thing is that nobody got hurt and the driver and her grandchild could get out of the car.

Not good but they made a meal out of putting that out. Only metal and replaceable with insurance.

There are some threads and articles of D3's catching fire. Do they really tend to burn? Is there a knien issue? Is there something you can do against it?

All modern cars burn very well due to all the plastic, rubber and insulation in them. They also give off very toxic fumes.

Been a few but I can only think of 6 or so cases so probably no more than other types. Much more chance of your engine going bang, locking up your wheels and throwing you over the parapet of a bridge. Shocked Shocked

Only kidding before someone thinks I'm being serious. Well some of it anyway. Whistle
