It is typically magnanamous of you Nick to pop into YLR in what is now your own time and freely help the four guys who are trying to fill in the hole you alone have left behind on behalf of all your past customers.
Would it not have been better for you and YLR to impliment a temporary part time arrangement of one or two days a week to smooth the transition?
Just my 2 cents worth as usual.

Unfortunately they knew my intention to move on in early March ( that's how long this has taken) then at last minute.com the guy they offered and who accepted the job pulled out...now 3 months is a longtime to wait to start a new lifestyle and I could not put it off any longer so that's where we are now TLO has left the building.......

So I guess a bit of bad luck and bad timing in play here then Nick.
I apologize if my comments, thoughts and questions were inappropriate.
I just hope it works out well for everyone
