Where's the most?

Has anybody else noticed a difference on where many of the D3's seem to be based in the UK?

I travel around 30,000 miles a year working all over the country and on normal days I might notice at most a handful of D3's sharing the highway (even in London). Last week I had to go down to through Southampton and Bournemouth to Poole. Wow what a shock! there were so many - felt like every 10th car was a D3. On Thursday 3rd, while driving around Poole Bay at lunchtime, I'm not exaggerating when I say at one point I was in a queue of 4 D3's in a row and we'd never even met before!
(None of them silver !!!)

If one of those was you - sorry I didn't have time to stop and work out what on earth was going on? 2005 D3 HSE

Southampton Docks has a Land Rover export terminal and you can 100's of D3's RRS,FFRR,F2 and a few Defenders at any one time - in every colour on the spec sheet too, does this count? Rolling with laughter Now a disillusioned new Land Rover buyer and have jumped ship to something less expensive and more reliable that hugs trees.... now driving a Mini Countryman PHEV as well as my trusty and brilliant 1996 Epsom Green Defender90 Tdi300

I thought that car park was odd... Laughing
I also realise Sunseeker use D3's as courtesy cars for rich customers, but they've usually got a big logo on the privacy glass. Either there is a strange cluster in Dorset or I was having one of my funny days again! Confused 2005 D3 HSE

...most of the marina car parks have quite a collection of Discovery's, Defenders (crew buses), FFRR's and RRS's parked in amongst all the normal exotica........ end of an era ....... maybe a Defender when it appears.......
