Thwarted !!!!!

Finally got the intercooler hose kit, hose 1 and 2 fitted ok

Hose two taken off again to give pipe some movement for hose 3, the little one

Got everything clear but cant get the small hose off the turbo Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Any tips, I am so close to finishing this but so far.

It's probably stuck tight against the dipstick tube.

It can be unbolted to allow better access, or "modified" with a big lever. Don't go too much though, as the dipstick my become jammed in the tube My D3 Build Thread

Done it at last. A bit of WD40 and gentle levering and it began to move.

Just had to go an get a larger jubilee kit as the wrong sizes were sent Banging Head

Anyway all three pipes fitted just need to reassemble. In 30 deg C heat
