Those with the 'cool' cubby, do you leave it on permanently?

Any reason why not to ?

TIA.
 Finally got one......Silver HSE.

Mine stays on permanently, otherwise when I want it cool, It's too late as I'll have forgotten Confused

Although with a 90 minute drive to the folks place, it still doesn't really get that cold...... Only seems to work really well when you put cold things in it and your on a looong journey.

Still can't find bottles of water that fit in the cooler whilst upright. Thought I had from Sainsbury's today, a 12 pack of 330ml eater (can't remember which brand) & they're just slightly too tall. Can fit 2 in if you put them diagonal though.

Anyone found any water that fits 4xbottles in it?

I found some water in France that does actually. Smile Little Evian bottles, think they're 330ml

I'll have to have a look out for them. Could re-label them as LR Disco3/RRS water Smile

Don't think i've switched mine off in 2 years .. , that said, when it has its "holidays" at the dealers ( it's there now !! ) it always seems to come back with it off.

I tend to slot in a six pack of coke cans. If you leave them in the plastic wrapping as you go, they don't roll around in there.
..............Somewhere in-between my old D3 and what's to come next .........
