Opps
I found this on YouTube and have to say I am surprised that this is LR Experience I would have thought that the vehicle was equipped with the correct footwear. Or am I being naive?

I think the LRE vehicles just have the normal road tyres on but I'm sure Markate will be along soon to say yes or no Cheers Ian

When I did my LRE the car had road tyres on it. I was amazed what it could do with them on.

They usually are on road tyres as that's what the customer gets. They do have access to MTR types if needed, have seen them disappear at Eastnor & come back with muds fitted. Mind you muds aren't invincible, when you're stuck you're stuck.

Apologies for mistaking you for MrH.
I did think if it was MrH it was in his thinner phase.

All current LRE vehicles are running on standard road tyres and have been for at least the last 3 years. The reasoning being that the vast majority of guests who own a LR/RR will have a vehicle on standard tyres and LRE need to show them what their vehicle can and cannot do on standard tyres.

Thanks for the clarification, when you look at it from that point of view it, makes perfect sence. I think I will need to look into some LRE (or similar) days.

Did my LRE in July at Upnor. On standard tyres in D4 HSE with sump guard and winch as only specialist equipment. A grand day out.
