Taken Delivery of D4 HSE MY2015
Well I went and picked the car up today, very happy with it, the stop/start is really unobtrusive actually quite like it The sound system sounds fantastic much better than the one in the last one Only thing I am not really sure about is the incontrol apps (once we got them to work) bit of a damp squib if you ask me Anyway onto some photos I took this afternoon

Thanks Ron, I haven't done that many miles in it yet (only 30 ) but on the track to the field it did seem to be a lot more 'bouncy' Not sure whether that's the 20" wheels or what, I'll probably be over the Lakes this weekend so will give it a good try out then Cheers Ian

Stunning colour in the sunshine Ian....I bet you're chuffed....nice to see the "off-road" setting got tested in the first few miles..
Got a call from the owner of your "old" car today.....he's a little bit pleased 8)"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

Thanks everyone, I'm loving it
Wiggs, yes I've got the incontrol apps although I'm not that impressed with them, I wanted the Incontrol remote but was told that wasn't available on the Discovery so settled for the Incontrol apps. You need to download the app (not the remote app which I had downloaded ) onto your phone and connect it via a cable, this comes with 3 apps:
1. A calendar - sort of useful a bit
2. Contacts App - But you already have your contacts on the system phone book
3. Music App - But you can already play music via the bluetooth conection
The other apps that are available are:-
Parkopedia Free - Useful I suppose if you park in a lot of different town
Hotelseeker Free - If you are looking for a hotel maybe of some use but it classes the little B&B along the road as a 5 star hotel
Cityseeker Free- For exploring a Lifestyle whatever that means
Stitcher Podcast App Free - Haven't a clue what it's for
Mileage solid app £4.36 - A drivers log book type app
Sygic Car Navigation £71.99 - Again why would you need a sat nav app when you have a built in sat nav
And that is it The actual interface looks like something a kid has designed and was not what I was expecting
Cheers Ian
