Avatar issues

Hello folks.

I'm trying to upload an avatar to our forum profile.

I've scaled the image down to 149 x 99 pixels, also selected the lowest quality of jpeg possible when saving using photoshop.

Still can't get it to upload.

The smallest size I can save it as is 550kb, the forum says the image can be no larger than 29kb!

Had a quick look at linking the image through our dropbox account, still having similar issues.

Can anyone possibly suggest something?

go to the picture

click set as avatar Thumbs Up
