My HSE 54 with 49,000 miles with average condition has depreciated by £13000 in 20 months after I bought it with 11k on the clock. So, I'll sell it early next year and hope to get £20K p/ex with 60k on the clock. In the scheme of things the depreciation is in line with other diesel cars I've had before inc an X5, Audi Estate. I was expecting worse!
