Diagnosed EGR issue on Monday lunchtime, ordered EGR valve and bits at 16:05 on Monday afternoon, dispatch confirmation at 16:21 with tracking number, delivered next day at 12:47, parts as ordered. less than 24 hours to my door...Excellent service as ever !
