Quick question, I would use one of these with a 4th gen Ipad, but would I be able to update firmware etc using a Macbook ? (all PC's in this household have either died or very close to it ).
I think so, yes - certainly the non-BT one is supported on OSX. Works fine in my iMac.____

Thanks A1GSS! From what I can gather, functionality for using a Mac with the BT version via USB instead of an IPad or such like, might be 'coming soon', but updating firmware with a Mac (OSX) should be possible already. Please correct me if I am wrong anybody.
