Looking for someone to collect and ship an E-Bay item bulky but not heavy, if I'm successful, living in the Swansea area Question

Outbid Big Cry
It was a classic bike frame by a little known Italian frame maker of the 80's and 90's who made frames for the likes of Pantani. Even a quick Google struggled to ID it but I recognised it, unfortunately so did others!
