Side Steps
Weve ordered a Fuji white with black pack and side steps, we need the side steps because of 3 kids under 5 (yes i know we can lower it, but Mrs G will forget and then nag me for not buying side steps).
Problem is i dont like the OEM 'chrome' strip, as everything else has been blacked. So.......who can recommend good quality steps?

The only potential problem for some people is that it states that the side bars I have ordered (above) don't fit with OEM mud flaps....I ordered them because I have F&R - series 111 modified mud flaps....and will hopefully give me a little bit to play with in the fitting "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

Last time I washed them about a week ago now, they were still perfect, but have only been on about a month and a present are covered by a Good layer of salt and dirt. I'm pretty confident it wont peel off, just not sure what will happen if any stones hit it. I guess the same would happen though with a powder coat.

Right...they're on,and I can confirm you don't need to cut the sills 8) .....I can also confirm they would NOT fit with the OEM mudflaps on the front....
You have to remove 2 large chassis bolts to fit them, one either side, but the bolts then go back on and form part of the fixings,so I don't think they're going anywhere !
Overall very pleased, its too dark now so will try and get some pics on here tomorrow "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

with the added bonus that they are adjustable ie you can set them closer or further from the car depending on your requirements, although the step area is not as wide "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
