LR Towing Electrics Issue

Morning all,

I am after some help or ideas please about problems I am having with the electric sockets (12n/s) these were fitted by my Land Rover dealer when I picked it up last year.

It was only thanks to this site that I found out when towing the rear parking sensors should deactivate, but mine don't and the dealer told me yesterday the fog lights don't either.

The car has been back 5 times but the dealer and Land Rover are none the wiser. I know with a switch on the dashboard it is hardly really an issue and very much a first world problem but would be nice to get it fixed if possible.

I am probably going to treat myself to an IID BT, so wondered if that might help?

Any chance you have a trailer electrics issue or have LEDs fitted?

Good point, but no LED's and it happens with my boat trailer, box trailer and bike rack, so unless I am very unlucky (which is quite possible knowing me!) I think it is car related.
