down under

Hello peeps,
Had to get down under the motor this week. Approx 25kg of mud-n-stuff jammed up in the diif protector. Sad
Anywaydecided to take off the rock slider thingy side steps as they are bent to bu**er. Censored Had to use the grinder!. How do I get the bolts & bushes out of the sill? Question
Also what shape should the fuel tank be. Mine is like a banana. Is that good or bad?. It has had some abuse I must admit. Whistle
Regards
Non Stick

The fuel tank should be a bit banana like I think anyway! Wink

Mine is lower at the back by a good few inches than at the front.

brackets are behind the bottom sil cover , this just pulls off after you release some small clips (and a screw i think)

Go on the LR owners site and download the instructions for the side protection tubes ..it showes you how to remove the sil cover there
