I didn't get one when I picked up my D4 a few months back (used), dealer suggested I look in the glove boxes and rear storage bits but not there.
I gave up waiting for them to get one for me so ordered one from Harwoods ebay store and it arrived yesterday. It was £14.99.

It's bright yellow and should be in either the glove box, side door pockets or one of the rear storage bins (usually the drivers side one along with jack etc).

I know this is old, but you should be aware I had to buy a new reset tool as the one in the D4 I bought was broken and they're only a couple of quid from the main dealer.

Doesn't exist for the MY15. Instead a small plastic funnel type thing has replaced it. However, no mention of this in the handbook. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

You also need to use the funnel if you want to fill from a jerry can etc!

There is now an addendum in the manual, in the form of a loose printed insert sheet to cover this.747_JK
